Acceptable Use Policy — GetPower
Last updated: 2026-05-13 Version: v1.1
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GetPower, accessible at https://getpower.cc (the "Service"), operated by TELEBORT AI STUDIO PLT (LLP0046066-LGN).
The AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in account suspension or termination, and may also trigger Meta-enforced restrictions on your WhatsApp Business Account.
1. Principles
GetPower is a WhatsApp automation platform for lawful business communication with consenting recipients. You must use the Service in a manner that:
- Complies with all applicable Malaysian and international laws
- Complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy
- Complies with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code
- Respects message recipients' privacy, time, and consent
- Protects the integrity, security, and availability of the Service for all users
- Does not expose Telebort or other users to Meta penalties or legal liability
2. Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use the Service to:
2.1 Unlawful messaging
- Send messages in violation of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (e.g., obscene, indecent, false, menacing, or offensive content)
- Send messages soliciting unlawful goods or services (illegal drugs, unlicensed financial services, prostitution, etc.)
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Distribute malware or harmful links
- Engage in money laundering or terrorism financing
2.2 Spam and non-consensual messaging
- Send unsolicited bulk messages without lawful basis (consent or other PDPA-permitted basis)
- Message recipients who have not opted in or whose consent has been withdrawn
- Continue messaging recipients who have responded "STOP" or otherwise asked to opt out
- Send promotional content during prohibited hours under applicable law
- Use harvested, scraped, or purchased contact lists without verified consent
2.3 Meta policy violations
- Send messages outside the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
- Use non-templated messages outside the 24-hour customer service window
- Send content prohibited by Meta (firearms, alcohol where restricted, tobacco, prescription drugs, gambling where restricted, adult content, etc.)
- Attempt to circumvent WhatsApp rate limits, quality ratings, or messaging tier restrictions
- Sell or transfer your WhatsApp Business Account access
2.4 PDPA violations
- Process personal data of message recipients without lawful basis under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010
- Process personal data beyond the purpose for which consent was given
- Fail to honour data subject requests (access, correction, withdrawal of consent)
2.5 IP infringement
- Send content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other IP right
- Impersonate brands or persons without authorization
- Use the Service to circumvent technical protection measures
- Reverse engineer the Service
2.6 Service abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or backend systems
- Probe or test for vulnerabilities (except via coordinated disclosure to studio.telebort@gmail.com)
- Disrupt or overload the Service (denial-of-service, excessive automated requests)
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent
- Use bots or scrapers to extract data at scale (except via authorized API endpoints)
2.7 Malicious content
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, worms, or other harmful code
- Embed phishing links or credential-harvesting flows in messages
3. AI-Specific Use Limits
GetPower includes AI-assisted features (auto-reply generation, intent classification, message suggestions). When using these features:
3.1 You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inappropriate, inaccurate, or misleading. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages before they are sent, unless you have explicitly enabled autonomous sending and accept the risk.
3.2 You must NOT:
- Use AI features to generate messages that violate clauses 2.1–2.7
- Use AI features to impersonate humans in a manner that materially deceives recipients (e.g., do not represent the bot as a real human when asked directly)
- Prompt-inject or attempt to subvert AI safety controls
- Use AI features to generate content prohibited by Meta's policies
- Use outputs from the Service's AI features to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model (prohibited by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy and our agreement with Anthropic)
- Use AI features to generate content prohibited by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference) — including CSAM, weapons-development content, election-interference content, medical or health misinformation, non-consensual surveillance content, or fraudulent documents
3.3 Disclose AI use to recipients. When AI features generate or send messages to natural persons (e.g., your WhatsApp customers), you must disclose at the start of every chat session that the recipient is interacting with AI rather than a human — for example, in the bot's opening greeting, its display name, or an explicit "🤖 AI assistant" prefix on automated replies. This is a stronger requirement than §3.2's "do not deny being a bot when asked": Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy treats consumer-facing chatbots as requiring proactive disclosure at the beginning of each chat session, and this obligation flows down to you under our agreement with Anthropic.
3.4 We may pause or restrict AI features for accounts exhibiting misuse patterns.
4. Resource Limits and Quality Ratings
4.1 Subscription plans include fair-use limits (messages per day, AI requests, contact list size, etc.). Excessive use beyond plan limits may incur additional charges or require upgrade.
4.2 Meta assigns each WhatsApp Business Account a quality rating based on recipient feedback. Accounts with sustained low quality ratings may be downgraded or suspended by Meta independently of our actions. We may restrict access for accounts with persistently poor quality ratings that risk wider platform impact.
5. Multi-Tenant Considerations
5.1 The Service is multi-tenant. Each tenant's contact lists and conversations are logically segregated; you must not attempt to access another tenant's data.
5.2 Report security issues affecting tenant isolation to studio.telebort@gmail.com with subject "Security — Tenant Isolation". Do not exploit or publicize before remediation.
6. Reporting Violations
6.1 To report a violation by another user, abusive behaviour, or a security concern:
- Email studio.telebort@gmail.com with subject "AUP Violation"
- Include the user's account/email if known, description, and supporting evidence
6.2 We treat reports confidentially to the extent feasible.
7. Enforcement
7.1 Enforcement actions escalate by severity:
| Step | Action | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Written warning | Minor or first-time violation, no apparent harm |
| 2 | Feature suspension (e.g., disable bulk send, restrict AI features) | Repeated minor violation, moderate violation |
| 3 | Account suspension | Material violation, or escalation from step 2 |
| 4 | Account termination | Severe violation, repeated escalation, unlawful conduct |
| 5 | Referral to Meta and/or authorities | Suspected Meta policy violation or criminal conduct |
7.2 We may skip steps and proceed directly to termination for severe violations (criminal conduct, mass spam, security exploitation, material PDPA or Meta policy violation).
7.3 Account termination does NOT entitle you to a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7.4 If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact studio.telebort@gmail.com for review.
8. Cooperation with Meta and Authorities
8.1 We comply with valid legal process from Malaysian authorities, and with reasonable requests from Meta to investigate or remediate policy violations on accounts using the Service.
8.2 We will notify the affected account holder where lawful and feasible.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
